Create an API token

To create an API token you must first create an API. Learn how to create an API here.

1. Navigate to APIs in the FireTail platform. Select the API you want to create an API token for.

2. Go to the Tokens tab. Click Create API Token.

3. Enter a token name. Click OK.

4. Copy the token secret that is displayed. Click OK.

• ‍Note: You must copy the token secret, it will not be shown again.

The API tokens are listed under the tokens tab of the API dashboard.
