When you set up an account on the FireTail platform, you first create an organization. Doing this then enables you to then add members and set up the Applications, APIs, Integrations and Alerts within that organization.
You might need to create multiple organizations on the platform, for example, if you have different departments with separate apps and APIs. Each organization exists separately on the platform, nothing is shared between them. For instance, when a member is added it is only added to that organization, if that member needs access to a different organization they need to be separately added to that.
